SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS
For NATIVE-like candidates:
- BA dagree – Teacher College Education OR
- BA/MA degree in English Studies
- 1-2 years of experience teaching ESL to teens and adults
- native fluency in English
- ability to work with and contribute to a team
For NATIVE ENGLISH candidates:
- BA degree in any related field
- at least one of TESOL/TEFL/CELTA Certificates
- 1-2 years of experience teaching ESL to teens and adults
- ability to work with and contribute to a team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- running courses to small groups
- planning, preparing and delivering engaging and effective lessons
- managing dedicated courses
- preparing high-quality teaching materials
- helping students improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
- establishing and communicating clear objectives for all learning activities
- providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work
